Quality Policy
Besides all the quality control procedures and the regulations applied, we mainly believe that quality is the courage to lose time and money. There are many factors included in quality term that is affecting the final product. In this perspective, we stick to the idea of delivering to our customers the valves with highest standard by taking into consideration of losing time and money by means of repeated exercises during production and testing in search of perfection.
Our quality assurance system is certified according to ISO 9001. Additionally, we are certified with ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental management, and with OHSAS 18001, the international Occupational Health and Safety Standard.
The valves we manufacture are all according to PED Directive 2014/68/EU where for the valves to be installed on potable water applications our products are equipped with WRAS-UK approved Coating and Rubber materials for hygienic requirements.

Quality Control
Below mentioned 6 main aspects are the key elements of our quality.
Some of the Non-Destructive Tests can be listed as;
- Design
- Casting
- Machining
- Coating
- Assembly
- Final Inspection
- Design feature is the core of our system. In addition to precise calculations, the valve parts being functional, attractable and reliable is forming the core of our idea.
- Casting is the birth of a valve. In order to have a smooth process with the next phases of production, casting parts should be out of defects
- Machining is done through various CNC lathes to milling and drilling equipments. Ever piece is double checked in order to ensure the completed process is acording to technical drawings
- Coating is done manually or automatically depending on the size of a valve part. All valves for potable water applications are coated with an average thickness of 250 microns FBE. Higher thicknesses can be achieved upon request. Coating process is inspected with a “Coating Inspection” document.
- Assembly is maintained with the experienced staff since having the expertise on part assembly in faster way with highest success.
- Final Inspection is the most crucial step in our quality management. %100 of our valves are test hydrostatically in order to be sure that the valves ship to many overseas countries will work successfully long years.
Some of the Non-Destructive Tests can be listed as;
- Visual Inspection
- Dimensional checks
- Hydrostatic shell and seat tests
- Coating inspection
- Packing inspection
- EN10204 3.1 Final Inspection Document
- Validating the shipment dispatch
